Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original, undamaged packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, keeping a copy of your tracking information for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned electrical goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
